Sending a postal entry or an email is no proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent for any reason.
Any personal information (entrant’s name, date of birth, email address and address) will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize where applicable. Any personal information held by the Promoter in respect of the competition will be held on record for a short period for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of the competition.
The winners will be the entrants whose entries are selected by the judges.
The closing date for the competition is 30th September 2012, and the winners will be decided on 5th October 2012.
If you win the competition, we will notify you by post or by email on 5th of October 2012. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes should be received within twenty one (21) days of the closing date.
In the event that the Promoter cannot for any reason contact the winner by 5th of October 2012 (10 working days after the closing date) the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
You can find out who won by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Mykindabook, Marketing Department, Macmillan Children’s Books, 20 New Wharf Road, London N1 9RR after 26th October 2012.
The panel of judges will be comprised of the Managing Director of Macmillan Children's Books and the Editorial Director of Macmillan Children's Books.

No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize, although if the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize is subject to the additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
