Fated is the new novel from Alyson Noel and she has not disappointed! It includes a heroine, hunky guys, magic and so much more. Definitely an exciting read!
The plot itself is an excellent idea, with resemblance’s to her previous novels, The Immortals. I also enjoyed the idea of spirit animals in the book and the powers that come with being a Seeker. It was most definitely interesting to read and I was keen to know more.
I really admire the main character, Daire, because Alyson Noel has portrayed her as a strong character that isn’t afraid to voice her own opinions. I also admire how Noel portrays relationships, as from the start as the reader you feel quick sad for Daire as it comes across that she doesn’t really have anyone close to her other than her mother. But as the characters begin to grow, relationships grow.
I do have to admit that there was perhaps a little less action and eye opening scenes than I expected, however I have no worry that the next book, Echo, will not disappoint in providing this!

Fated by Alyson Noel is the first book in a series called the Soul Seekers-a spirit world between the living and the dead. Daire doesn't exactly live the life of an average teenage girl, she travels around with her mum who is a make up artist. She has no home and no family (besides her mum).
I liked the concept, it was very cool! After reading Fated, I felt that I went on an exhausting but incredible journey. I liked the transformation of Daire, from her being a distant girl to a brave and caring seeker. This is a definite step up from the immortal series! I recommend this to someone who didn’t enjoy the Immortal Series however if you enjoyed the Immortal Series you would still like this!

i meet Alyson when she came to Australia she was so funny and lively a briliant writer and person. she answered all questions beutifully and was very kind good luck to her and i hope many more books from her to come. :)

Alyson noel came to my school and introduced the immortals and they were amazing books and my daddy just bought me fated because and I'm enjoying it so far, alyson's books are amazing and she Is too, she's so nice and funny and I hope she does more books like these :* <3<3

My sister bought this book for me today.
She bought it online. It was a gift. I live in Denmark and it isn't out yet. :( I could not wait for it, and she bought it for me. I am so glad! I love this book! And i love Alyson Noel. She is my favorite author. :)

I love this book and i can't wait for the next :) my mum brought it home one day and said " here you go i brought u a book " and i said "thanks it looks ok " in the end i had problems putting it down !! :P
