Who would be your dream book couple?

“But in your version, that’s how it happens.”
“Just in this story. Every story is a little different.”
“And other people have their versions, too?”
“Oh yeah,” she said. “There’re all these fans, and we’re all doing something different.”
“Are you the only one who writes about Baz and Simon falling in love?”
Cath laughed. “Uh, no. The entire Internet writes about Baz and Simon. If you go to Google and type in ‘Baz and Simon,’ the first search it suggests is ‘Baz and Simon in love.’”

Ah, the Internet. A wealth of information at our fingertips. Never again will a debate rage in to the night, now settled by a simple Google. An actor look vaguely familiar? Just IMDB! Not to mention the affluence of social media sites that we are all too guilty of spending just another five minutes on, and of course the wonderful MYKINDABOOK.COM!

In Fangirl, Cath finds her home on the internet, on FanFixx.Net, where she posts her own Simon Snow fan fiction. Magicath’s stories centre around a blossoming romance between Simon and Baz and it takes Levi a while to get his head around the whole concept of fan fiction. Cath isn’t the only one writing her own version of events online though, noooooo… does the name Larry Stylinson ring any bells?! There is an abundance of fanfiction concocting relationships and love affairs between fictional characters, famous actors and musicians and our favourite Hollywood crushes (and often an amalgamation of the above!)

So this got MKB to thinking… Who, dead or alive, fictional or real, would you like to see fall in love this Valentine’s Day?! How about setting up a blind date between Starcrossed’s Lucas Delos and Harry Potter's Hermione Granger? Perhaps sparks will fly between Cumberbatch's Sherlock Holmes and Katniss Everdeen, Katy Perry and Jackson Meyer? Where will Cupid’s fictional arrow strike?! The choice is yours!
